BANNER SX5-B safety scanner software doesnt detect scanners

I have a banner SX5-B safety scanner and i installed the software to program it. For some reason, it doesn't see the scanner. Does anybody else have this problem?

I think there is an old an new version of scanners and they made seperate softare for them as well. Old scanner works only with old software and the new one works with the new software.
